What Does the following MRI Scan Report Indicate? 

Hi i got my MRI spine lumbar w/o contrast done. These are the findings 1) the saggital plane shows loss of normal lordosis of the lumbar vertebrae indicating back muscle spasm 2) L5/S1 intervertebral disc narrowing with annual tear. Pls explain these reading and treatment. I hope this is not serious ?
